... How many times have you gone wayward? How many times you done the backslide dance? How many times you denounced the very things you know are right? How many times you ignored the thought of you thanking the good LORD above for your life daily? I tell you, we are all guilty as charged. We need to go down on our knees and ask GOD to pardon us. Yes! We ought to fall down and cry unto the LORD saying ~ Father - Forgive me! Forgive me for I have sinned ...

I look at you with hate,
I want to slam you in-between the gates
Hurry! Hurry! let's go jubilate
That is all the world has on its slates
And when I rise to do my body's bidding
You take a stand before me pleading
Thank you for your love everyday
As to why you love me so, I cant say
So forgive me when I go astray
Forgive me when your name I don't proclaim
Yes! Forgive as I bow my head in shame!

You shed your blood on the cross on Calvary
You descend this low so we might have victory
But here we are, causing you misery
From your sides oozed water and blood
You wash my gutter with your mighty flood
Like the thief I spat in your face
But you still prepared for me a place
In the realms above the skies - the heavenly Kingdom
Lord Jesus, forgive me for ma sins
Pardon me and pardon my off-springs
Forgive me for shifting on you the blame
Forgive me Jesus, forgive me in your name

You beckon and I ran away from your presence
You flock me not you keep showing me patience
I laughed when I heard you are like no other
Yet, that was noting to you, not even a bother
You offered me your hand, just so you lead the way
But stubborn me, I turned away saying - wait Sunday
Then you pricked my conscience;
And then I screamed! Father! I have sinned
Hold me, please hold me;
Don't let me whisk away like the passing wind

Forgive me! Forgive me for my wrongs
Forgive me for singing them like songs
Pardon me! Pardon me for my sins
Grant me salvation in life's many wins
Forgive me for being the pig in the mud
Erase my deeds, leave nothing that is bad
I will run the race! I will keep up the pace!
I will look to no other but your divine grace
My gaze will be on your face till I feel your warm embrace
So LORD - forgive me, forgive my ignorance
And deliver me from the devilish circumstance

Forgive me! forgive my iniquities!
I denounced my duties and responsibilities
Forgive me! Forgive my body and soul
I promise to make you my sole aim and goal
Pardon me oh Most gracious and merciful ONE
Pardon my finger that pulls the trigger on the gun
I fornicate and in sin, I celebrate and jubilate
Oh, what a life I have lived in deceit?!
On my knees I go today and I will do so everyday.
My prayer is one and one for all
I sin daily and I fall
So forgive me my LORD and Savior

Forgive me please!
Forgive me for I have sinned
Forgive me Ever Lasting KING.

Like JACOB –
Never let the LORD pass you by. Cling to HIM, hold onto HIM. Don’t let go till He has blessed you. Until the LORD has changed your name n situation from nothing to blessings, never let go!!

Like RUTH & ELISHA –
Hold on fast, never let go. Know what you want, fight for it and the LORD shall meet you at the point of your needs. He will exalt you and make you great. Be as determined as the blind man by the gates.

Like LOT & RAHAB –
Believe in the LORD. Yes, believe in GOD and strive to do what is right no matter the condition. Regardless of what is at stake, do what is pleasing to the LORD and not man. Trust earnestly in LORD GOD of Israel.

Like PAUL –
Forget the past and keep pressing forward. There is a reason why the LORD delivered you from such a life. Strive to live a Christian life for a crown of glory awaits you.

Like MOSES –
Choose to serve the LORD than enjoy the pleasures of sin. Yes, dedicate yourself to the work of GOD. It won’t be easy but it will be worth it. Serve the LORD like Zachariah.

Like TAMA & SARAH –
Know that no condition is permanent. Indeed, things n times change. Take cue from the weather; know that the LORD is in control all. Wait upon, His time is the best.

Like ESTHER –
Mount up courage, do what is right and expected of you and I assure you, the LORD shall reward you abundantly.

Like ABRAHAM –
Have faith in the LORD GOD and HE will never ever let you down. He will bless you beyond all measures, beyond what the mind can phantom

Like ENOCH & ELIJAH –
Walk with the LORD and you shall not taste death. You will live to declare the goodness of the Almighty GOD.

Like JOB & JOSEPH –
Choose to persevere and be steadfast to the end. Count it all joy when you fall into trials n temptations for the LORD your GOD has already won the battle for you. He will prepare a table for you in the presence of all that doubt n say there is no hope for you.

Like NOAH –
Listen to the voice of the LORD. Choose to abide with Him than walk with the many for narrow is the gate that leads to eternal life and broad is the one that leads to eternal damnation.

Like DANIEL –
Choose to serve and worship no other god but the LORD GOD. Do this and He will deliver you from the snares of the evil one. Touch not my anointed and do my prophets no harm. He will protect you.

Like the PRODIGAL SON -
Denounce the devil, run away from the world even though you are in it. Run to the heavenly Father for he waits for your return with open arms. He is forever merciful and loving.

Like the ONLY LEPER -
Never forget to give thanks when the LORD meets you at the point of your needs. He is the GOD of appreciates gratitude and thanks-giving.

May the peace, grace and favors of the Almighty be with us all ~ AMEN.

I trust the minute or two you spent to read these few words of mine have left you uplifted, motivated and inspired to live the kind of live worth living now and forever more.

Kwame Nkrumah perhaps - just perhaps might be that greatest name ever on the lips of some Ghanaians. Wait! Don't call them comedians. Busia, Acheampong, Hilla Liman, and all the rest - who told U they never had visions or missions for our dear motherland?! All they needed was for U and I to lend a helping hand, just to lend a helping hand and together, we could have made it like a singing band. These men of old, these men of vigor, these men of vision did what Napoleon couldn't do. Them - yes, even them - were humans with flaws like you and myself. They only possessed spirits that were wild, courageous and free.

Then came Jerry John Rawlings. Yes! The man with courage and charisma as off springs. Wait! Don't giggle just yet, remember he was good with the jet? He was bold and had a vision untold. This is the man who took GHANA on for 20years, yes! 20 good years. His methods were unseen and unheard off but we still crossed the red sea. Who can forget John Agyekum Kuffour?! He stood over 6ft tall - dark with no indications of a fall. The man with a mission of putting Ghana on the world map. Why do U think he is the country's most traveled president?! Them, even them - were humans with flaws like U n me. They only possessed spirits that were wild, courageous and free.

Oh, how can I forget my dearest Uncle Atta?! He is pretty slow but trust me, he knows the exact words to utter. Whether it's the economy or the ecominy - we know for real that smokes in Ghana do not escape through the chimney. But he, even he - is human with flaws like you and me. He only possesses a spirit that is calm and free.

I am sure you dream, I am sure you think. I am sure you fantasize and have visions of how it will to be governed by Nana Akuffo Addo. Well, I am here to tell you, be much ado about nothing but in everything by prayer. Ate you discouraged by his height?! Be worried about his might for like Zacchaeous, he is determined and he will be famous. But he, even he - is human with flaws like U n me. He only possesses a spirit that is enthused and free.

Notice how all these gallant men have come, done their worst n best and left?! Notice how like the night bids day farewell they paved way for one another?! Yes! Notice how like the shadows, they bowed to the sun and light. I ask - did you notice how like instruments, they let themselves be used by the master player?! So my question is - to each of them, who was their master player?! You need not answer me - just humor me and keep it to yourself.

And now to you - yes YOU! you are like the spectators at the stadium. You are like the congregations in a church and the worshipers in a mosque. You are the soldiers on parade and the thieves in the night - you doubt?! You are like The market women screaming, shouting and yelling to attract customers. You are like the wailing women at a funeral - are you sobbing out of pain or you seeking for attention?!
